PAC Leaders seeks dedicated Nurse Practitioners who have a passion for improving patient care in Skilled Nursing Facilities. APRN/NP or equivalent certification, state licensure, and DEA are required, and previous long-term care and post-acute care experiences are a plus.

Medical Directors
PAC Leaders seeks dedicated physicians/Medical Directors who have a passion for improving patient care in Skilled Nursing Facilities. MD or DO degree, board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics or emergency medicine required, and previous post-acute care experience and Medical Director certification through AMDA are a plus.
