What We Do

PAC Leaders is a medical management company on a mission to deliver high-quality, protocol-based care for patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) nationwide. Our physicians and nurse practitioners utilize clinical pathways and decision support technology to improve outcomes and reduce variability and costs in post-acute care (PAC) settings.

Robert Harrington Jr., MD, MHM
Robert Harrington Jr., MD, MHM

Dr. Harrington is a physician executive with extensive experience in both acute and post-acute clinical arenas. He was one of the nation’s first hospitalists and has served as a site Medical Director, Regional Medical Director, VP of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer for hospitalist and post-acute care organizations.

He received his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame, his medical degree from Temple University and completed his Family Medicine residency at The Medical Center of Delaware. He is a past president and board member of the Society of Hospital Medicine (SHM). He was recently awarded the Master in Hospital Medicine designation by SHM for his contributions to the field of Hospital Medicine.

Boykin Robinson, MD, MBA, FACHE
Boykin Robinson, MD, MBA, FACHE

Dr. Robinson is a healthcare executive with extensive leadership experience in the physician services industry. Over his career, he has managed a $220M division of a national healthcare staffing company, helped to purchase and turn around a failing hospital, and founded an Emergency Medicine physician services company. He has led service lines in Emergency Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Palliative Care and Rehabilitation Medicine.

Dr. Robinson received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina, his medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, and his MBA at the Haslem College of Business at the University of Tennessee. He completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Emory University and is board certified in healthcare management by the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Bob is a founder and co-founder of several successful healthcare and IT consulting and workforce solutions firms, including Healthcare IT Leaders and Run Consultants. Previously, he was a co-founder of Locum Leaders (now an AMN Healthcare company) and B2BWorkforce, acquired by Vedior (now Randstad). In 2017, he was named to the Staffing 100 list of the most influential executives in the Staffing industry.

Bob has a BBA in Business from the University of Georgia.

Geoff Windley
SVP, Sales

Geoff helps lead PAC Leaders as the Senior VP of Sales. He joins the team from Legacy Healthcare Services, where he was SVP of Business Development.

He has also held senior leadership positions in sales at Everlywell, CipherHealth, and Gentiva Health Services.

He holds a BS in Finance from Bristol University.

Michele Rossi, RN
VP Clinical Operations

As VP of Clinical Operations, Michele ensures that our clinical team delivers consistent, high-quality care across all of our client sites, through monitoring of key metrics and one-on-one training and feedback.

Michele recently managed COVID-19 clinical operations for our sister company, Healthcare IT Leaders. Prior to that, she worked for 15+ years in a variety of nursing roles with Greenville Health System, ranging from Pre-Op and PACU to Critical Care.

She holds an RN/BSN from Clemson University and a BBA from the University of South Carolina.

Jennifer Robinson, MD
Medical Advisor

As medical advisor for PAC Leaders, Dr. Robinson supervises nurse practitioners and collaborates with skilled nursing facilities to ensure quality and process improvement. She has spent her medical career as a hospitalist, most recently with The Southeast Permanente Medical Group. She is also a medical reviewer for WebMD, responsible for reviewing WebMD articles to ensure their medical accuracy.

Dr. Robinson received her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, her medical degree from the University of South Carolina, and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Emory University.She is board certified in Internal Medicine and a member of the American College of Physicians.

As Chief Financial Officer, Tom directs all budget management, financial reporting, and accounting. His 20+ year career as a finance executive spans several successful IT staffing and consulting firms, including PAC Leaders sister companies, Healthcare IT Leaders and Run Consultants. Previously, he led the finance function at B2BWorkforce, a Randstad company.

Tom holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Alabama.

Alex brings over 25 years of healthcare marketing experience to PAC Leaders and its sister companies, Healthcare IT Leaders and Run Consultants. He was previously VP of Marketing at the specialty pharmacy division of Express Scripts.

Alex holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Georgia and an MS in Communications from Miami University of Ohio.
